I almost forgot to mention, Chris Fry ran the Grandview Gallop 4 miles race in Dubuque last weekend. His time was 27:23, finishing 14th in the 30-39 age group (results). Congrats!

We are currently in the midst of a Virtual Triathlon around the World. As a team we will try to accumulate enough running, biking, and water (swim, row, kayak, etc.) miles to traverse a route around the world (see map below for more details) during the calendar year 2009.
